Hey guys! So I've decided that I'm going to start doing product reviews for some of my favorite and not so favorite products.

Today I've decided to write about my favorite nail polish called
Pure Pearlfection in Marshmallow by Essie. Now I was looking for something sparkly to put on top of some of my other nail polishes, but not too overwhelming. I'm not a huge bold or flashy colours girl so I usually keep to light pinks/corals, and french manicures on my finger nails. Sometimes I'm really hesitant for what I put on my nails for the fear the colours will be too over-powering. The good thing about this nail polish though, is that it looks good on top of almost EVERY colour. So whether you like modest or funky colours its definitely a great pick! The only nail polishes it might look weird with is those metallic ones that kind of have a shimmer to them when you turn them different ways. The only bad thing I have to say about this nail polish is that the brush fell out of cap while I was painting my nails one day. It was really annoying because I think I paid close to $10 for the bottle. However, I stuck it back in without glue and it seems to be holding, which is nice. I'm half done the bottle already because of how much I love it and I only purchased it within the last 6 months. I'll definitely be purchasing a new bottle once this one runs out. It's my go-to nail polish now. I just pick what colour I want underneath and it gives your nails a beautiful subtle shimmer to it. It usually lasts about as long as the colour underneath it. So if you cheap out on the nail polish underneath it won't last more than a day or two without chipping, but if you have a better brand it'll last closer to 4 days before you notice small chips. I also recommend investing in base and top coat polish to make your colour last. I don't usually use it because it takes longer to dry with 4-5 coats of nail polish (base, colour, shimmer, top), but it makes my colour last significantly longer when I do.

This picture doesn't capture the shimmer as good as it looks in real-life. I've taken multiple pictures and I just can't capture how beautiful I think it is. But it gives you an idea of what it would look like.
